Isabelle Daza comes up with contract for house helpers

24 Jan – Isabelle Daza is one home owner to follow, as she recently revealed that she has created an official contract for her house helpers.

As reported on Push, the actress recently shared a photo of the contract she made for her helpers on her Instagram Story, saying that she did it to show their job description and rights as an employee.

The contract states not only their job scope, but what Daza and her husband will provide for them, which includes off days and sick leaves.

Among the things listed in the contract is that her helpers cannot borrow money or get an advance salary unless it is for an emergency, that they will work eight hours a day with breaks, and that they will get benefits like Social Security System (SSS), and Philhealth.

"This will help them feel secure and proud to keep a job, and protect both parties. And in return, of course, they do a job well done," she added.
