Israel Says Ground Forces Attacking Targets in Gaza

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on May 14 said its forces struck 150 targets during attacks on Gaza, in response to continuing rocket fire into Israel.

The IDF released this footage of what it says shows forces near the border with Gaza, and showing attacks on a network of Hamas tunnels.

Shortly after midnight on Friday, the IDF said “air and ground troops” were “currently attacking the Gaza Strip.” Israeli military officials later clarified that troops had not yet entered the Palestinian enclave, but that forces were attacking from outside the border, while airstrikes continued.
