Issue impacting transactions at all RMV, AAA locations in Massachusetts
A system-wide issue is impacting transactional services at all Registry of Motor Vehicles and American Automobile Association locations in Massachusetts on Tuesday, officials said.
Due to a statewide issue, the RMV and AAA locations are currently unable to process certain transactions.
As of 11 a.m., the issue had halted transactions related to permits, licenses, and ID cards, according to a service alert issued by the RMV.
It’s not clear when services will return to normal.
There were no additional details immediately available.
