Piada Italian Street Food opened its fifth location in Greater Cincinnati on Monday.

Piada Italian Street Food was inspired by the roadside family-run food carts and markets of ancient Rimini, a seaside community in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy on the Adriatic Sea. The menu, which focuses on seasonal and fresh ingredients, includes over 30 dishes. It also has three customizable entree options: the namesake, a Piada, which is a wrap made from thin-crust Italian dough baked on a stone grill, a pasta bowl and a chopped salad.
