The Memphis Grizzlies had one of their ugliest games of the season in a 109-101 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. Memphis recorded its most turnovers (27) since 2007 and missed 12 free throws in 30 attempts.

On top of that, Dillon Brooks and Ja Morant were both ejected with 1:22 left in the fourth quarter. Brooks was ejected first, then seconds later during the same break in action, Morant was ejected after a conversation with the referees.

Morant high-fived teammates, dapped up Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards and Grizzlies coaches before heading to the locker room. The all-star point guard reacted to the ejection in an Instagram post after the game.

"Too much power," Morant said. "You get ejected nowadays for telling a (expletive) da same thing they told you."

Memphis entered Wednesday's game with the fifth-most technical fouls among NBA teams. Brooks and Morant each rank in the top 20 of NBA players in technical fouls.

Morant finished with 24 points on 8-for-20 shooting, six assists and seven turnovers in the loss.
