Former “Jackass” star Bam Margera left a Florida rehab center this week without getting approval, the facility’s manager told police.

The manager claims Margera, 42, was serving a court-ordered stint at center before leaving Monday, according to TMZ, which cited a Delray Beach police report.

Margera allegedly had problems with some of the rules at the sober-living center and left after getting into a dispute with his wife, sources told TMZ.

Police have been unsuccessful in tracking down Margera, who starred on the MTV prank and stunt series “Jackass,” as well as multiple spinoffs, including “Viva La Bam.”

The Delray Beach Police Department did not immediately respond to a Daily News request for comment.

Last month, Margera finished a one-year substance abuse program in Florida, according to TMZ.

Margera shared an Instagram photo on Tuesday featuring a man he says is his new Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor.

“MMA fighter, chiropractor and ten years sober Dominick, is my new AA sponsor,” Margera wrote.

Margera sued “Jackass” co-creators Jeff Tremaine and Johnny Knoxville, as well as Paramount Pictures, last year, claiming he was wrongfully terminated from the latest “Jackass” film. The movie, “Jackass Forever,” came out in February, and Margera dropped the lawsuit in April.
