Jackson kindergarten registration begins Tuesday

JACKSON TWP. – Jackson Local Schools kindergarten registration will open Feb. 1 online.

To be eligible for the 2022-23 kindergarten classes, a child must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 30. Kindergarten information and registration forms are available on the Jackson Local Schools website, http://jackson.stark.k12.oh.us. You can find “New Student Registration SY 22-23" under “Quick Links.

After completing the registration forms online and scheduling an appointment, note that the following support documents listed below are needed to finalize registration.

  • Original Board of Health birth certificate

  • Current proof of residency (rental/purchase agreement or current utility bill in your name)

  • Immunization records

  • Custody papers (if applicable)

  • Parent/guardian photo ID

If you have another student in grades 1-12, you may register them at this time as well. If you do not have internet access to complete the online forms, visit your local library or the school office.
