New Jacksonians gather for another year of Christmas fellowship

The New Jacksonians group was formed from the Welcome Wagon initiative in the 1980s, offering fellowship and fun for newcomers and longtime residents.
The social group offers women an opportunity to meet together to enjoy activities such as a book club, bowling, cards, dominoes, scrabble, dining out, parties and holiday events.
Lunch Bunch is held each month at a different restaurant. The Christmas Lunch Bunch is held each year at the Just Divine Tea Room in Charlene's Colony of Shoppes in Halls, Tennessee during the first week of December.
Members have the opportunity to shop after lunch for Christmas at the many shops at Charlene's Colony of Shoppes.
