Jackson's New Stage Theatre starts new season off with ‘Clue’ through this weekend

New Stage Theatre is kicking off its 57th season featuring the contemporary comedy show “Clue.”

“If you have never played Clue, or have not played in a while, I suggest you gather your friends and family and break out a Clue board for game night,” said Francine Reynolds, New Stage Theatre Artistic Director. “Then, gather at New Stage Theatre for Clue on our stage played in person by, I can guarantee you, an amazing cast.”

Based on the screenplay by Jonathan Lynn, Clue is about six individuals who are invited to an unusual dinner party where the host ends up dead after being offered weapons by the butler. It is up to the guest to figure out and scavenger for clues on how the host ends up dead before the body count mysteriously increases.

Some of the cast includes Jon Whitney (Ohio) as Wadsworth, Marquita Levy (Jackson) as Yvette, Jennifer Harris (Brandon) as Miss Scarlet, and Mandy Kate Myers (Pearl) as Mrs. Peacock.
