Jacksonville was one of the top 10 moving destinations in the country in 2022, according to the Penske Truck Rental company.

This is the River City’s first appearance on the list, which Penske has been compiling since 2010.

Jacksonville came in at No. 8 on the list, while Orlando ranked No. 3. Orlando came in at No. 8 on last year’s list.

Penske compiles its list by ranking the top 10 cities receiving the most inbound one-way consumer rentals in 2022.

Here are Penske Truck Rental’s Top 10 Moving Destinations for 2022, with each city’s previous year ranking in parentheses:

2. Las Vegas, NV (2)

3. Orlando, FL (8)

5. Atlanta, GA (Has not ranked since the 2020 list)

6. Charlotte, NC (4)

7. Dallas, TX (7)
