Jacksonville business named one of Top 10 best rooftop bars in the world
Hoptinger Bier Garden & Sausage House in Five Points recently was named one of the Top 10 Best Rooftop Bars in the World.
Located at 1037 Park St., the popular gastropub was ranked No. 1 for value worldwide and No. 9 overall in the recently released Rooftop Bar Index by Mandoemedia.com.
Hoptinger was ranked among 200 of the world's best rooftop bars based on customer experience, price and social media shares by Mandoe, a digital signage software company based in Sydney, Australia, that specializes in the hospitality industry.

The ranking for most affordable was based on $20 being the average cost of a bottle of wine at the Five Points gastropub.
Hoptinger has a food menu that includes burgers and more
Hoptinger, which also has a location at 333 1st St. N. in Jacksonville Beach, features about 60 local beers on tap plus cocktails and wine. It also offers a food menu including burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs and salads.
Hoptinger Five Points is open from 11 a.m to 2 a.m. on weekdays and at 10 a.m. for brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Its rooftop bar is open from 4 p.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, according to its website.
