Jacquees Gifted His Mother A New Range Rover

Jacquees shared that he surprised his mother with a black and white Range Rover in a sweet Instagram post. In it, the “B.E.D.” singer and his mom are smiling from ear to ear in front of the brand-new car.

“Mommy got a new whip,” he said in one of the videos included in the post, BET reported. “I been grinding, why not? Momma been grinding, why not?”

A clip included in the post shows a close-up of Jacquees’ mom’s new ride. A big red bow sit atop its hood in the video. Another clip captures the proud mama’s reaction to the extravagant gesture.

“You do too much, oh my God,” she says in the video while wiping away tears.

“Got my mama a brand new whip today!,” the 29-year-old wrote in the post’s caption. “My mama work hard behind the scenes for me always making sure i get what i deserve! I love you mama! Just a token of my Love 🙏🏾❤️.”

He added later that his mom has “been talking bout this truck for bout 2 years 😂😂😘😘😘 #RangeRoverMama #SincerelyForYouTour OTW!”

Jacquees’ mom wasn’t the only one moved by his gift. Several of his fellow artists hopped in the comments to praise the gesture.

“I wanna go on tour with you and moms 😂😢❤️,” Tamar Braxton commented.

“That’s right you only have one in your lifetime spoil her 🔥🙌❤️,” Ginuwine chimed in.

“Get right 🔥🦍,” rapper G Herbo added.

While the singer looks like he’s in a good place with his mother, the same can’t be said about his relationship with Ella Mai. According to Complex, the singer claimed that the British R&B vocalist has him blocked over their “Boo’d Up” beef.

But the singer also claimed he and Mai spoke at the Roc Nation Brunch in early February.

“That’s the first time she said hey to me in, like, years,” the singer said while appearing on The Baller Report, referring to when he saw her at the Roc Nation Brunch in early February. “I’m still blocked on Instagram and Twitter.”

Mai has not addressed their alleged interaction.
