Jada Pinkett Smith says that "someone called Child Protective Services" on her and husband Will Smith, and accused them of underfeeding daughter Willow Smith when she was 14 years old.

"They said we were starving Willow," Pinkett Smith recalled during the latest episode of "Red Table Talk" that was released on Tuesday on Facebook Watch.

Pinkett Smith brought up the controversy after a fan submitted a question asking if Willow ever felt the need to defend her parents "against rumors in the press about them."

Regarding the speculation about Willow's eating habits, the 19-year-old said she thought it started in 2014 after she posted a photo with actor Moises Arias, who was shirtless and sitting next to her.

Pinkett Smith said that the actor, best known for playing Rico on Disney Channel's "Hannah Montana," and his brother "basically lived with us" and they frequently walked around their house shirtless.

"There was no sexual intimation in that picture whatsoever, but I find that other celebrities – females who aren't black who are younger – and who do post things way more sexual than that, they don't get any backlash," Willow said on "Red Table Talk."

Pinkett Smith went on to say that it "was the first time I ever got furious."

"It was one of those blatant moments when you just realize there's a difference here," the "Girls Trip" star said. "There's something about black skin and anything sexual ... and the fact that what's considered sexual if you have black skin and  inappropriate versus white."

Pinkett Smith also recalled Willow walking into a room during an interview at 2 p.m. with a bowl of cereal, amid speculation that she wasn't eating enough.

"I was like, 'They already think we're starving you, you're gonna walk in with a bowl of cereal at two o'clock and say this was your first meal?'" the actress said. "I was like 'Lord Jesus, take the wheel.'"

Willow went on to say that she "walked in with a bowl of cereal specifically because I knew that they said you were starving me" and did it to prove people wrong.

"That was a moment that I feel like we really locked up together as a family," Pinkett Smith continued. "The kids got to see for the first time why Will and I had been so protective. Be careful who you talk to, be careful who you hang with, watch yourself because people try to hurt you."
