Jaden Ivey headlines Detroit Pistons' 2022 NBA summer league roster
It remains to be seen how many of the Detroit Pistons' recent draft picks will appear in a game, but their roster will certainly be among the most talented in Las Vegas.
The Pistons released their 2022 NBA summer league roster Thursday, and it features nearly all of their draft picks since Troy Weaver took over two years ago as general manager. Fifth overall pick Jaden Ivey is a headliner, along with Cade Cunningham, Saddiq Bey, Isaiah Stewart and Killian Hayes.
The Pistons' other 2022 selections, 13th overall pick Jalen Duren and 36th overall pick Gabriele Procida, will also presumably join the team after the Pistons' trades with the New York Knicks and Portland Trail Blazers, respectively, are officially cleared by the NBA when the league moratorium ends July 6.

It would be surprising to see Detroit's 2021 and 2020 first-round picks play, but all of the young core will be present. That includes 2021 second-round picks Isaiah Livers and Balsa Koprivica, and 2020 second-round pick Saben Lee.
Buddy Boeheim, who the Pistons signed to a two-way contract on draft night, is also on the roster along with his older brother, Jimmy. Both Boeheims played for Syracuse and are the sons of Hall of Fame Syracuse head coach Jim Boeheim.

Detroit is scheduled to play four summer league games — against the Blazers on July 7 at midnight Eastern (ESPN), Washington Wizards on July 9 at 6 p.m. (ESPN 2), Indiana Pacers on July 12 at 9 p.m. (NBA TV) and Cleveland Cavaliers on July 14 at 5:30 p.m.
