The Jaguars play the first of two home preseason games on Friday at 7 p.m. against the Cleveland Browns.

Team officials are urging fans to arrive early because of construction on the team's Miller Electric Center and work on the Shipyards property across from TIAA Bank Field. Construction will impact traffic patterns and available parking, and lots will be open at 3 p.m., four hours before kickoff.

The Fan Entertainment Zone opens at 4 p.m. in the south end of the stadium near Gates 1 and 4. and all stadium gates will open at 5 p.m.


In recognition of Play Football Month, the Jaguars' traditional First "DUUUVAL!" will be delivered by Tammie Talley, who serves as the Director of Athletics for Duval County Public Schools.

Talley oversees 17 high schools and 25 middle schools with athletic programs. She was named the Athletic Director of the Year for the Florida Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association in 2019. In 2022, Talley was awarded the National Athletic Director of the Year in the NHSACA – National High School Athletic Coaches Association.

Stadium policies to remember

• Be Clear on Game Day: The NFL’s clear bag policy is in effect at TIAA Bank Field.  Fans are encouraged to leave all bags at home but if one is necessary it should be either a clear bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” or a non-clear bag no larger than 4.5” x 6.5.”

• Mobile Ticketing: Fans should have their mobile tickets downloaded and ready to scan prior to arriving at the entry gates.  To access your tickets, download the Official Jaguars Mobile App.

• Cashless Transactions: Cash is not accepted anywhere in the stadium. In addition to traditional scan and chip options, all fixed points of sale will offer tap or scan payment options including JagsPay, Apple, Google and Samsung Pay.

JTA Gameday Xpress

Fans can ride to the game via JTA from the Kings Avenue Garage, Park-n-ride and suburban locations.

The Gameday Xpress service begins two hours before the game and continues for one hour after each game ends. Bus passes must be purchased through the Token Transit mobile app at

Round-trip service to the game begins at the Southbank Kings Avenue Parking Garage and Park-n-Ride at 1003 Kings Ave.; Butler Boulevard Park-n-Ride, 7000 Philips Highway; and Armsdale Park-n-Ride, 3191 Armsdale Road. Gameday Express from the beaches will begin with the regular-season home opener on Sept. 18.

All Gameday Xpress passengers will be dropped off and picked up in Lot B between Gates 3 and 4 on the east side of the facility. Riders can bring coolers and other small items like folding chairs on the bus, but these cannot impede the aisles or take up too much space. No eating or drinking is allowed on board.
