British comedian and former late-night talk show host James Corden is set to dive into his next chapter as host of a weekly SiriusXM radio show.

In a news release Monday, the U.S.-based broadcasting corporation said Corden’s new show, “This Life of Mine with James Corden,” is expected to premiere early next year and will be available for SiriusXM subscribers in-car and on its app.

Corden’s radio program will feature in-depth conversations with celebrity guests, Sirius says.

“From favorite music and movies to books and advice, the show will seek to tell the untold stories of some of the most well-known public figures,” the news release reads.

SiriusXM’s announcement comes months after Corden, 45, ended his eight-year run as host of CBS’s “The Late Late Show with James Corden.”

Corden, a multiple-time Emmy and BAFTA award winner, gained acclaim on that show for his popular “Carpool Karaoke” segments, where he would drive and sing alongside such stars as Adele, Justin Bieber, the Foo Fighters and Migos.

“James Corden is an incredible talent who is always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible,” SiriusXM President and Chief Content Officer Scott Greenstein said in a statement. “We’re so honored to welcome him to the SiriusXM family as he begins this next phase of his illustrious career and makes his mark in audio.”

In a separate statement, Corden expressed his excitement on joining the broadcasting corporation.

“Scott and the whole team have made me feel so welcome as I start this new chapter,” Corden said. “It’s a dream to have a space to engage in deep conversations with the people whose work and talent I greatly admire.”
