The menu at Jane's Hideaway includes the Jane's Burger, steak sandwich, catfish plate and personal pot pie, as well as sweet potato biscuits, crispy fingerlings and shareables like the chili tofu salad and gumbo arancini.

Cocktails, including local beer and spirits selections and Tennessee whiskey, will be switched out on a seasonal basis.

A house band and a variety of guest artists will perform on the main stage five nights a week. The weekend bluegrass brunch is scheduled make its comeback in the near future.

In an interview, owner John Peet talked about moving Jane's Hideaway from its downtown site to the East Nashville neighborhood.

What are you most looking forward to for the reopening?

Peet: We are excited to get back to doing what we do best, making great food, drinks and music for our old friends and new neighbors.

Why East Nashville?

Peet: I have lived in East for seven years now, and it's where I spend a lot of time at some of my favorite places. We feel like we can serve the neighborhood well, because we know it and love it. Plus, it will be easier for local Friends of Jane to visit us on the east side.

What was the process like moving into the new location?

Peet: It has been a great bonding experience for the whole team, as we did the majority of the build out ourselves, from demolition, to painting and table-making. It was fun getting to take the elements that we loved about No. 308 and change it over to the new Jane's.

What should guests expect when visiting the new Jane’s Hideaway location?

Peet: A brilliant new menu from Chef Charlie Davis, the same great bartenders making the classics and this season's craft cocktails, the same fresh repertoire from the house band.

Jane's Hideaway is open Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 5 p.m. to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.
