Janet Jackson Literally Just Flexed On Us And Put Us All To Shame

Janet Jackson is aging like fine wine, and maybe even in reverse. The multi-hyphenate shared a video of her stretching during dance rehearsals, and viewers’ jaws dropped when they saw how flexible she is.

The video shows Jackson’s dancers practicing choreography in the background while she lies on her back, stretching her legs. She takes each leg and bends it all the way back to almost the same level as her head.

Viewers on Twitter and Instagram couldn’t stop watching the clip. The replies quickly filled with comments admiring her flexibility, and many shared that they are nowhere near as flexible as the musical legend.

“She is flexible-e-e-e,” one Twitter user wrote.

“Stretched for the gawds,” another viewer wrote on Instagram.

“Look sis, @JanetJackson, you are putting us to shame. Siri, play ‘Pleasure Principle’ and call 911!!! I’m about to get on this floor and stretch,” one person tweeted.

“Yup gotta get those stretches in,” a stressed viewer tweeted.

Others were looking at their age a lot more critically.

“How’s she more than double my age and makes me feel like I’m the one that needs to retire??” another questioned.

“The way im 23 and can’t even do this.. oh mother is hungry!!” another added.

Celebrities were also awestruck and inspired after seeing Jackson’s warmup stretches.

“Stretching EVERYDAY from now on!!” Kelly Rowland wrote on Instagram.

“You’re so flexible!!!!” Shahs of Sunset star Asa Soltan Rahmati commented.

Jackson’s go-to makeup artist, Preston Meneses, even entered the chat.

“She’s single sexy, and free,” he wrote on Instagram with a laughing emoji.
