In the filing, the High Fidelity actress, who's also mum to The Batman star Zoë Kravitz from her previous marriage to musician Lenny Kravitz, asks for joint custody of their two children and no spousal support for either side.

The pair published a joint statement in January 2022, reflecting on the transformations that had hit their family and announcing they'd go their separate ways after 17 years together.

"We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times... A revolution is unfolding – and our family is of no exception... feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring," their message read.
