Jasper Flats’ first villas will close this year

Each twin-villa unit is built with reinforced concrete block construction and finished with smooth coat stucco exterior applications in Grizzle Grey, Balanced Beige and City Loft.  Engineered roof trusses with hurricane rated tie-downs and Low-E impact rated sliding glass doors and windows and insulated entry doors and automatic garage doors are standard.

On-site Sales Office, amenities and Phase 1 twin villas are on pace for 4th quarter, 2022 completion.  Contracts for Phase 2 are now being written.

The construction boom that has been expanding Naples south and east picked up speed this summer as materials have become more reliably available.  Located in the middle of it all, sales at Jasper Flats have enjoyed increased activity as the convenience and beauty of the area is discovered by those looking for new home opportunities closer to where they work.  Located on tree-lined Whitaker Road between County Barn and Santa Barbara, Jasper Flats has a quiet ambience, unobstructed big sky views and a Naples address.  It includes 54 two and three bedroom twin villa residences and a gated community pool and outdoor living area.  Pricing for a well appointed home starts in the high $300,000’s and the low monthly fee will include structure insurance, plus the city water fee.  Lake and fountain or landscaped orientations are available.

At this time, the Sales Office has not been completed, but property showings can be arranged at the contact information listed below.  Since it is an active construction site, only after hours and agent accompanied appointments are available.  The Sales Office will be housed in the first unit scheduled to be competed.  As of this writing, it is still weeks away from readiness.  It will showcase some of the standard finishes and features that will set Jasper apart as a first quality property in all respects.  Additional options and selections can be viewed there as well.  Though it is Jasper’s smallest single-story flooorplan, the Show Unit’s open plan format, 10-foot high ceilings and wall of wide Great Room windows give the living area a spacious feel.  The effect is further enhanced by using light-toned Willow Bianco luxury vinyl plank flooring with Aesthetic White walls and crisp Pure White wood trims for a fresh and pleasing tone, moreso because the flooring can be installed flush, without grout for a clean and easy-to-keep-clean look. Better yet, as a durable, waterproof and cost saving flooring choice when compared to ceramic tile, vinyl plank can be used throughout the home for a seamless presentation.

The Show Unit features a side entry that showcases the largest part of the home first, giving it an impactful first impression.  The kitchen’s oversized island has a classic Carrara Bianco countertop with sleek white Luxart, single basin sink and elegantly arched Moen faucet in brushed nickel. The 2nd Bathroom has a 12” x 24” Venato II Matte ceramic tile floor finished with white grout and a Simply Grey quartz countertop tops its white Shaker style wood vanity.  The bathtub area includes an installed tub in white and is fitted floor to ceiling with the same size and color ceramic tile.  Since the Sales Office will be in the Show Unit’s garage, it will be completed with a durable epoxy floor finish in grey.

The 2-story Colorado is Jasper’s largest floorplan at 1,555 square feet under air.  It has been structurally engineered to include an upper floor 3rd bedroom suite with adjoining 3rd full bath that includes a full glass shower enclosure.
