Comedian Jay Pharoah, actor Leslie David Baker and several former "American Idol" winners will be among the featured guests and performers during the Mohawk Valley Community College Cultural Series this fall.

Tickets for all events went on sale Monday, Aug. 22.

Jay Pharoah

A stand-up comedian and former performer on "Saturday Night Live," Jay Pharoah will appear at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29 for a special event at MVCC's Jorgensen Athletic and Event Center Field House, the college announced.

Leslie David Baker

Leslie David Baker, perhaps best known for his role as Stanley Hudson in the U.S. remake of "The Office," will be part of a moderated conversation at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4 at MVCC's Schafer Theater.

Maddie Poppe, Trent Harmon and Nick Fradiani

American Idol winners Maddie Poppe, Trent Harmon and Nick Fradiani will perform a concert at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23 at Schafer Theater. Poppe, Harmon and Fradiani are the winners of the 16th, 15th and 14th season of the televised singing competition, respectively.

Other events include writing and beer-brewing courses and movie screenings.
