Jaycox Implement bought by Titan Machinery

Oct. 26—WEST FARGO, N.D. — Titan Machinery announced Wednesday that it has purchased the assets of Jaycox Implement, including its three full-line Case IH dealerships in Worthington, Luverne and Lake Park, Iowa.

The sale is expected to close in December.

In the 12-month period ending June 30, Jaycox generated a revenue of approximately $91 million, according to a Titan press release.

David Meyer, chairman and CEO of Titan Machinery, called the acquisition "a perfect complement to our existing footprint in the heart of this highly productive region.

"Jaycox has been a fixture in this market since 1956, has a talented and experienced team of employees, excellent population of Case IH equipment and is well-known for their focus on customer service," he added. "We aim to build upon that legacy with our added resources and look forward to integrating their team and customers into the Titan family."

Jaycox was founded in 1956 in Lake Park by Raymond Jaycox, but has also been in business in Worthington for 30 years and Luverne for 10 years.

Titan was founded in 1980. Its headquarters are in West Fargo, North Dakota, and it currently has more than 100 full-service agricultural and construction equipment dealer locations in North America and Europe.

Titan Machinery locations represent one or more of the CNH Industrial Brands, including Case IH, New Holland Agriculture, Case Construction, New Holland Construction and CNH Industrial Capital.
