Tatum, Grant Williams react to Jazz hiring C's assistant Will Hardy as HC originally appeared on NBC Sports Boston
It's clear the Boston Celtics are losing a good one in assistant coach Will Hardy.
Ime Udoka's top assistant reportedly is finalizing a five-year deal to become the next head coach of the Utah Jazz. He only spent one season in Boston, but there's no doubt he made a positive impact on the players and staff during his brief tenure.

Jayson Tatum and Grant Williams took to Twitter to congratulate Hardy shortly after hearing the news.
"Couldn’t be happier for my guy!" Tatum wrote. "Extremely deserving."
"Man Congratulations My Guy!! Hate to lose ya man and our daily wordles but no one more deserving and can’t wait to see you lead!!" Williams tweeted.

Hardy, 34, is now the youngest active head coach in the NBA. The former assistant of San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich will replace Quin Snyder, who went 372-264 during his Jazz tenure and made six straight postseason appearances.
