Jennifer Hudson doesn't mess around when it comes to bringing positive courtside vibes. In a recent IG video, the 40-year-old Respect star cheered for her home team (the Chicago Bulls) while wearing a beige crop top. She completed the outfit with jeans, matching gold jewelry, and a braided high ponytail.

It looks like her followers definitely know a strong body when they see one, and TBH, I couldn't agree more. Her abs look killer!

Jennifer knows that it's all about consistency and hard work. In 2017, she appeared on the British talk show Lorraine and explained how she lost 80 pounds, going from a size 16 to a size 6.

Since she runs on a busy schedule, Jennifer revealed that watching what she eats has played a big role in staying fit. "I'm very careful and cautious of what I'm eating, so I just try to pace those meals throughout the day. Like, okay, eat here, don't eat here." She continued, "I'm very conscious of what I put in my body."

Jennifer also told Yahoo Style that she doesn't let food intimidate her. "It's all about portions for the most part," she added. Jennifer also told Yahoo Style that she doesn’t work out a lot, but she likes to be active.

In a 2014 interview with People, she emphasized that her biggest motivator during her weight loss journey was herself. “The key about losing weight: You have to do it for you,” she said. “It’s not about even starting the journey, it’s about you. You have to want to do it. And you can’t let what everyone has to say overshadow what you want for you.”
