Jennifer Lawrence and her husband, Cooke Maroney, are the proud owners of a brand new West Village home, according to the New York Post. The couple, who wed just a little over a year ago, reportedly dropped $21.9 million for a townhouse-style unit—one of two in a newly constructed real estate project. (Edward Minskoff, the developer, lives on the two top floors of the six-story building, which boasts seven units total.)

The Daily Mail reports that the townhouse features four bedrooms and spans two floors, with an open-plan living room and kitchen situated on the first floor and the main bedroom suite located on the second level. A landscaped garden to the rear of the home is a welcome outdoor space.

The building itself features such amenities as a parking garage, a gym and sauna. The Post reports that Lawrence and Maroney picked up the West Village unit in July, around the same time that she sold her Upper East Side penthouse for $9.9 million, though there were reports of that sale even earlier in the year as well. (The sale came at an unfortunately significant loss, given that she had purchased it for $15.6 million in 2016.)

The Hunger Games star also still maintains a unit at a star-studded Tribeca building that used to be a bookbinding factory and is rumored to be home to a slew of A-listers. Lawrence hasn’t really spent much time there, however, and actually listed it on the rental market for $27,500 shortly after she purchased it.
