Jennifer Lopez Films Hustlers in a $20 Million Manhattan Duplex

Jennifer Lopez may be pulling double duty on the set of her upcoming flick, Hustlers, scoping out the very luxurious duplex condominium where filming is taking place as a possible home for herself and her husband-to-be, Alex Rodriguez. According to the New York Post, Lopez is enamored by the luxe apartment that her character calls home in the film, located in midtown Manhattan on West End Avenue. (She's not the first celebrity to fall in love with the building—Bruce Willis and his family once owned a unit there.)

The glamorous duplex spans an impressive 5,302 square feet, with an additional 3,299 square feet of outdoor terrace space offering up stunning panoramic views of the city. It features four bedrooms as well as a media room, a library, and an impressive double-height great room. A number of unique geometrically shaped lights hang over the shared living spaces. The unit also boasts top-of-the-line materials, including wide-plank walnut floors and a custom-designed kitchen featuring marble slab countertops and polished chrome faucets. The building itself offers all the sorts of amenities one might imagine Lopez and Rodriguez would be looking for: a gym, a 75-foot-long pool, and a 12,000-square-foot terrace featuring cabins, green space, and outdoor entertaining spaces.

Lopez and Rodriguez, who got engaged in the Bahamas in March, listed their Park Avenue apartment for $17.5 million in January after living there for less than a year. A source told Page Six at the time that the superstar couple loved the place, but wanted to find a new spot that was better suited for their families—each has two kids from a previous marriage. “They love the building, but when their kids are all together, it’s too small,” the source said.

The couple also own—collectively and separately—a number of other properties throughout the country, including a beach house in Malibu that they purchased together for $6.6 million in February. Excitingly, Joanna Gaines will reportedly be helping the couple renovate their new California home. Rodriguez maintains an art-filled home in the exclusive Coral Gables neighborhood near Miami, and Lopez has two mansions in Southern California—one in Bel Air and the other in the Hollywood Hills.
