Jennifer Lopez’s “Trust Is Broken” With Alex Rodriguez, Who Fully Wants Her Back

More details are emerging about Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s breakup, and it looks like J.Lo was the one who wanted out due to some lingering trust issues. According to E! News sources, J.Lo is “feeling at peace” with the breakup and “has not been happy for awhile now.”
“Once her trust is broken, there’s no turning around,” one source said. “She feels good about her decision because she knows A-Rod will still be in her life, just in a different capacity.”
The source says that J.Lo and A-Rod are “very cordial” at the moment, but E! News reports that she has “no plans” to see her ex right now. Meanwhile, Alex is hoping they can make their relationship work. “He is respecting her wishes right now but has high hopes they will get back together,” a source says. “He’s doing anything in his power to make J.Lo happy.”
Hmm, guess that explains why A-Rod felt the need to Instagram Story his vast collection of J.Lo pictures while playing some casual Coldplay the other day!

As a reminder in case you missed it, the couple announced their split in a joint statement to the Today show:
“We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so. We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects. We wish the best for each other and one another’s children. Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support.”
Neither of them have spoken out further just yet (minus A-Rod’s Insta Story, of course), but stay tuned.
