Jersey Cash 5 jackpot worth $550,406 won in Passaic County
One New Jersey lottery player has over a half million reasons to smile.
In Wednesday night's Jersey Cash 5 drawing, one ticket sold via the Jackpocket lottery app in Hewitt, a community within West Milford, won the $550,406 jackpot, according to the New Jersey Lottery.
Wednesday's Jersey Cash 5 numbers were: 08, 17, 39, 43 and 44 with the XTRA number: 04.
"Congratulations to our very fortunate Jersey Cash 5 winner! We hope this incredible prize brings joy and happiness to the winner; we’re already looking forward to awarding another jackpot prize!” said New Jersey Lottery Executive Director James Carey.

The jackpot will now reset to $100,000 for Thursday night's drawing.
Jersey Cash 5 is a daily lottery draw game from the New Jersey Lottery. Players pick five numbers between one and 45 and can add the Xtra for a chance to increased non-jackpot prizes by up to 5 times. Drawings are held seven days a week at 10:57 p.m.
