Between Sept. 1 and Nov. 1, 2018 Goldinsky allegedly filed a fake insurance claim for ambulance service and treatment he received at a local hospital for injuries sustained at a Woodbridge business, according to the news release.

He was arrested Jan. 15 following an investigation by Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office Detective Sean Sullivan. He was released on a summonses and is scheduled to appear in Middlesex County Superior Court on Feb. 7, the news release states.
