It's a growing family Situation.

“Jersey Shore” star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and wife Lauren Sorrentino announced on Sunday, July 31, that they are expecting their second child in January.

“We have an amazing announcement!! We're a growing family!” said Mike on social media. “Baby on the way January 2023. God is Good.”

The Sorrentinos of Holmdel welcomed son Romeo Reign in May 2021, and he's included with the parents in the pic that accompanied the announcement post. Yes, he's already appeared on “Jersey Shore Family Vacation,” the spinoff of “Jersey Shore” that features most of the original cast.

Mike and Lauren, college sweethearts, were married at the Legacy Castle in Pompton Plains in 2018. Two months later, he reported to federal prison for tax evasion, where he served eight months.

They lived in Long Branch before moving to Holmdel, Lauren's hometown, in late 2019.

Mike, a native of Manalapan, has gone from the bad boy of the Seaside Heights boardwalk on the original run of “Jersey Shore” from 2009 to 2012 to a beacon of positivity (for the most part) on the new “Jersey Shore Family Vacation,” which debuted in 2018. Along the way he battled an opioid addiction, and is now a recovery advocate for the Banyan Treatment Centers.

“Jersey Shore Family Vacation” airs at 8 p.m. Thursdays on MTV.
