Jess Harnell returns as Wakko Warner in 'Animaniacs' reboot

You may not know his face, but you probably have heard his voice. Jess Harnell looks like a heavy metal singer, which he is. He has the look, the hair, all of it. Harnell, though, has been in everything from "Transformers" to "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" to singing as Sonny Bono in a biopic. He's probably best known, though, for being the voice of Wakko Warner in Steven Spielberg's "Animaniacs", which ran from 1993-1998. The show is coming back on Hulu, and Harnell sat down with KCRA 3 to talk about the reboot, his career and the important timing of this show returning for audiences.
