If you’re looking for some holiday party fashion inspo, look no further than actress Jessica Chastain.

The Tammy and George star stepped out for the Moet & Chandon Holiday Season Celebration at Lincoln Center on Monday, and can I just say, her legs were as sculpted as ever. Jessica rocked an embroidered, strapless minidress and matching coat that she paired with some black pumps. And while the clean lines and sparkling black fabric were a perfect holiday vibe, the whole look also served to highlight Jessica's incredibly toned legs.

If you're wondering how Jessica achieves this level of tone, you're not alone. For one, Jessica builds in lots of time to work on her strength. But the 45-year-old actress says working out is just as much a mental practice as it is physical.

“Working out gives me confidence,” she told Shape in 2021. “The starting point of exercise is always difficult for me—finding the time and quiet space and feeling that I've got a million other things I need to do. But once I finish, I immediately feel like a superhero.”

Jessica is also a big fan of Isaac Boots’ Torch’d workouts, and even did them with her grandmother during the pandemic. The workouts are a 45-minute dance conditioning routine that gets your heart rate up and your blood pumping. When Jessica is traveling, she told the magazine she will add online power yoga classes to the rotation because it helps clear her head.

On the food front, Jessica makes sure to fuel up on healthy, whole ingredients by following a vegan diet, which she actually fell into by accident, per a W Magazine interview.

“A friend of mine had a two week vegan food delivery program she wasn’t going to use so I used it, and immediately I just had more energy than I’ve ever had in my life,” she told W. “Being vegan was not anything I ever wanted to be. I just really was listening to what my body was telling me.”

Usually, she starts her mornings with a chai tea latte with soy milk and a shot of espresso and honestly, per WSJ Magazine, which sounds pretty divine
