Jessie James Decker’s endorphins made her do it.

On Tuesday, the 32-year-old shared a bikini picture of herself on Instagram with the caption, “You know the work out was fire when your face is on fire.”

Decker, a mom of three, was praised for her confidence by commenters. “Like...what?! You look amazing,” one wrote. “You look fabulous,” someone else said. She was also called an “absolute queen.”

Another asked: “Need to know how to look like this...”

Well, in the past, Decker has said that she’s relied on circuit training. “I like to get in for 45 minutes and sweat, and switch it up, whether it's boxing or it's getting on the bike,” she told Health in 2019. "Just anything I can do that's high intensity." She also, according to her own Instagram, “loves nice long walks (lunges are key, I do 100 at a time).”

As for diet, Decker is a self-proclaimed “foodie” and has multiple cookbooks with a range of recipes. She’s also been a spokesperson for the South Beach Diet.

"There are some weeks when I'm following more of a strict diet because I have something coming up," she recently told Women’s Health. "But, you know, for the most part, I'm always enjoying food and I always say 'everything in moderation' on a day-to-day basis."
