From JetBlue: TrueBlue Points Sharing for Families, Couples, Friends

In a move to woo family travelers, JetBlue has launched Family Pooling, a brand new system of points sharing for TrueBlue members. Sharing is open to any two adult passengers (couples, roommates, coworkers...) over 21 years of age, and up to five children. Upon entry, members may select how many points from their individual TrueBlue accounts to transfer over to the family pool, as well as what percentage of points from future travels to contribute. Contribution amounts may be changed only once a year on the date the family account was formed. Passengers may not belong to multiple family accounts.

This makes JetBlue the only US airline to allow points sharing among families, with British Airways offering a similar arrangement for Avios Household Accounts.
