Jimmy Fallon Lists Triplex NYC Apartment for $15 Million

Live from New York, it’s...the listing for a multimillion-dollar property that Jimmy Fallon has been steadily expanding and renovating since 2002. The Tonight Show host and his wife, Nancy Juvonen, are selling their downtown Manhattan apartment, which actually combines four separate units across the top three floors of a historic Gramercy Park co-op building.

The couple are asking $15 million for the property; Fallon initially purchased one of the units for $850,000 in 2002, several years before marrying Juvonen, in 2007, and the pair have spent the ensuing two decades expanding into three neighboring apartments. The home now spans 4,950 square feet, with six bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Fallon and Juvonen have transformed the triplex into a cozy and colorful abode. The restored original hardwood floors and window frames and casings—dating back to 1883, when the co-op was built—are complemented by antique touches that include 1940s-era wallpaper in the living room. The home’s spacious, airy kitchen features a broad wooden island that doubles as a six-seat breakfast bar, and the room is dotted with brightly colored retro light fixtures.

The main suite, located on the top floor, is lit by recently installed skylights and has its own fireplace, wet bar, massage bed, and woodland-inspired sitting area, plus dual walk-in closets and a lavish bathroom outfitted with a steam shower and soaking tub.

Though it’s unclear whether the Fallon family is on the hunt for an even more lavish space in Manhattan, in the meantime, they appear to have been spending most of their time at their other home, located just outside the city in Sagaponack, New York. That 3,500-square-foot home is decorated in similarly eccentric fashion, with eye-catching wallpaper and an indoor slide that were on full display when Fallon was broadcasting The Tonight Show from home last year.
