Over the past year, late-night talk show host Jimmy Fallon has appeared mighty cozy in his spacious Hamptons home, even providing a tour of the Sagaponack, New York space on an episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in 2020. And it appears that Fallon is about to get even more comfortable in the space now that he and his wife, Nancy Juvonen have listed their Manhattan home for sale.

Described as a "penthouse masterpiece," Fallon's former abode is listed at $15 million by Sotheby's International Realty. The home is filled with quirky features like a walk-in pantry that once served as a sound studio (hello, soundproof snacking!) and a hidden playroom complete with monkey bars.

"We are thrilled to list Jimmy Fallon and Nancy Juvonen’s Gramercy Park penthouse masterpiece which spans three floors, six bedrooms, and approx. 4,950 square feet. Filled with secret passageways and a remarkable, no-stone-unturned renovation, this home is truly like none other in New York City," an Instagram caption from The Stein Team, the team behind the sale of Fallon's home, reads.

If the hidden playroom and soundproof pantry weren't enough, the building the penthouse is located in also boasts a unique history. It's New York City’s “first cooperative" and was once home to the late James Cagney.
