After listing her longtime pied-à-terre on and off the market for the last few years, Joan Collins seems determined to finally offload the memory-filled apartment once and for all. The New York Times reports that Collins and her husband, film producer Percy Gibson, recently listed their Midtown Manhattan co-op for $2.095 million.

The decision to put the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home up for sale is likely a bittersweet one, given that the couple purchased it as newlyweds in early 2002 and have hosted many parties over the years, with guests including Collins’s sister, novelist Jackie Collins, and musicians Michael Feinstein and Neil Sedaka. “Every time Neil or Michael told us they’d come, we would rent a piano in the hopes we could persuade them to play a few tunes,” Collins told the Times, adding that she “was overwhelmed that they always graciously agreed.”

The sprawling apartment measures about 2,200 square feet, and is actually made up of three units that had been combined by a previous owner. The foyer leads to a sun-drenched combination living room and dining room ideal for entertaining, with a galley kitchen that could potentially be opened up for a true open floor plan. The main bedroom suite was formerly a whole studio apartment, and features a cavernous walk-in closet that was, unsurprisingly, Collins’s favorite spot in the home. One of the three bedrooms is currently used as a home office, and there is an incredible total of 16 closets scattered throughout the apartment. While the couple owned it, they refinished the oak floors, redid the bathrooms, and installed mirrors over many of the walls to add even more light to the unit, according to the Times. In addition to their beloved pied-à-terre, Collins and Gibson also own homes in Los Angeles, London, and St.-Tropez.
