Joanna Gaines Wrote the Sweetest Tribute to Chip for His 46th Birthday

From an adorable "quarantine" birthday to a Valentine's Day makeover at the Silos, Chip and Joanna Gaines have shared all the cute ways they celebrate life and relationship milestones. This past weekend, fans got another glimpse at the couple's sweet relationship when Joanna took to social media to post a special birthday tribute to Chip for his 46th birthday.

Joanna posted two adorable photos on Instagram in honor of Chip's birthday. One is a selfie of her and Chip sitting together out in nature, and the other is a photo of Chip peering through a tower viewer overlooking trees and lush mountains.

"You teach me and the kids to keep our eyes wide open and you remind us that so many wonderful things in life remain undiscovered if we aren't consciously looking for them," she writes in the caption. "You teach us to discover paths that have yet to be taken, to see the good in all people, and to find the simple joys in the here and now. "

She wraps up the message saying, "You really do make life extra great. Happy Birthday @chipgaines ❤️"

Along the sweet note and photos, Joanna posted a photo of a delicious breakfast plate she made for Chip to her Instagram stories. "Happy biscuit birthday @chipgaines," the text under the photo reads.

So what did Joanna cook up for Chip to go with the biscuits? There's sausage gravy, butter and strawberry jelly, and farm eggs Benedict perfectly displayed on the Magnolia plate.

These two are the sweetest. Happy birthday, Chip!
