The realities of work have drastically changed in the past year and a half. Thanks to tech like Zoom, Slack, and Asana, working from home has never been easier — and many workers have gotten more than a taste of what working from home is like (albeit with the added distraction of restless family members).

Potential distractions aside, this forced shift to working from home has shown many workers and companies just how sustainable (and enjoyable) remote work can be. In lieu of your mid-afternoon watercooler break, you can do a load of laundry. Instead of cramming in a gym session before work, you can do a workout on your lunch break.

So whether you're on the hunt for a job that offers more flexibility and a remote office culture or are so hooked on your current at-home work life that you can't imagine going back, you've come to the right place.

Thanks to some help from the team at LinkedIn, we've compiled a list of jobs that are fully remote — allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, and hopefully someday soon, a beach cabana in Mexico with a margarita butler.

Senior User Researcher — Gong

Gong helps businesses by capturing customers' interactions with products and providing that data so businesses can maximize their sales pipeline and retain customers. If working with data and researching behaviors appeals to you (and you have some solid experience at both) this senior user researcher role may be the perfect fit. Not only was Gong No. 2 on the LinkedIn Top Startups list, but the job is remote and they offer up a work-from-home stipend to get you settled in at your home office.

Lead Front End Engineer — GlossierGlossier is a beauty brand that came in at No. 3 on this year's coveted LinkedIn Top Startups list. The company, which is known for their natural-looking makeup and body care products, is on the hunt for a lead front end engineer who will not only help build out the tech side of the company, but is interested in mentoring full-stack and front-end developers toward success. And of course, you can do it all from home (and makeup free, if you so choose).

Vice President, Operations — Guild Education

Guild Education is renowned among Fortune 1000 companies for providing education and upskilling assistance, and the company itself is making moves, with plans to double the size of their product and engineering team (phew!). You can be part of the growth as the company's vice president, operations for Guild's Learning Marketplace. In the role, which is totally remote, you will join the female-led, Certified B Corporation in providing leadership for various project-driven teams.

IT Operations Manager — Scale AI

Scale AI may be an AI data platform for machine learning, but this role is very people focused. As the IT operations manager you'll rely on technology to lead and manage the company's global support team, ensuring the staff is well supported, motivated, and has a clear idea of their goals and development.

Backend Engineering Manager — GitLabGitLab is in the middle of a growth spurt. Not only was the DevOps platform company one of LinkedIn Top Startups (coming in at No. 20), but it has almost 2,000 remote jobs available now. In this particular remote role, you'll manage the in-house pipeline execution group to ensure the engineers are growing, collaborating with other team members, and delivering value to the company.

Engineering Manager for Credit Cards — Gemini

As the engineering manager for Gemini's credit card team, you'll be helping to develop a credit card that allows people to earn up to 3 percent back in Bitcoin or other crypto currency. If that sounds right up your alley, you can lead the engineering team from either the San Francisco office, or from the comfort of your home thanks to Gemini's office optional policy that "allows employees to choose to work from one of our physical locations or from home."

VP of Sales Operations — MikMak

MikMak may be based in New York City, but thanks to their "MikMak ANYWHERE" program you can live and work from anywhere in the U.S. All you need is the right skill set to do the job from your cush home office. In the VP role, you'll be charged with making sure the team — which works with brands like Calvin Klein, L'Oréal, and Hershey's to provide direct-to-consumer marketing — has the tools, systems, and programs needed to deliver an amazing customer experience.

QA Automation Engineer — Cameo

Chances are you've heard of Cameo, a company that has made a name for itself for it's seamless ability to connect big-time celebrities, athletes, and influencers with the rest of us (aka normal people). If their work interests you, you might be up for checking out the QA automation engineer role where you'll be planning, developing, and executing test strategies and test plans (among other duties) for the growing tech company.

Corporate Counsel - Product — Outreach

Outreach is a B2B sales engagement platform that uses machine learning to increase productivity via email, voice, and social. As corporate counsel for the product and engineering teams, you'll support the entire organization while playing a vital role in the company's product management process. And the best part is that you can clock-in from anywhere in the U.S. to get the job done.
