Joe Swash opens up about being a father to new baby Rex
Former EastEnders star Joe Swash has opened up about being a father to his new baby boy Rex Toby Francis, his first son with Loose Women's Stacey Solomon.
Three weeks after the birth of his and Stacey's first child, and Joe's second, the actor appeared on today's (June 14) Loose Women to talk about the "beautiful" new addition to the Solomon-Swash family.
As well as gushing over the "so diddy, so perfect" newborn, Joe joked that all he can see when he looks at his son is his own forehead. "He's joining a club of three: me, him, and Gordon Ramsay."

He continued: "He's beautiful. He's so resilient. I think it's us parents who feel more vulnerable than the children...
"It's an amazing time for us all. Little Rex is such a little anchor for our family. He's our connection, he relates us all now. We're one big family."
Not only is Joe enjoying being a new father for a second time, he's also enjoying playing the role of house-husband – especially now he's mastered the art of roast potatoes.
"Because I'm not breastfeeding, for obvious reasons, if I can do a bit of hoovering and a bit of tidying and a few dinners, that's the least I can do," he told the panel, "[but] if you ask Stacey, I could be doing a lot more."
A daily serving of roast potatoes? You couldn't possibly do any more, Joe.
