The Philadelphia 76ers have everything wrapped up in terms of their playoff seeding as they head into the season finale with the Orlando Magic on Sunday. The Sixers are entering the final day of the regular season with the No. 1 seed all wrapped up so that means it’s time to rest guys.

The Sixers announced that they will be sitting their entire starting lineup of Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons, Tobias Harris, Danny Green, and Seth Curry on Sunday in order to get them ready for the playoffs. Embiid is dealing with a non-COVID illness, Simmons has back stiffness, Harris is managing his right knee on, Green is dealing with a left hip issue, and for Curry, it’s his right hip.

Matisse Thybulle is also out on Sunday due to swelling on his left hand.

At this point, this is the right move. They just need to get their main guys ready for when the games matter the most in the playoffs. Expect a lot of Tyrese Maxey, Paul Reed, and Isaiah Joe in this one with tip off set for 7 p.m. EDT.
