Joey King Just Showed Off Her Killer Abs In A Barely-There Bra Top On Instagram

Leave it to Joey King to give me all the #fitspo I need. The In-Between star, 22, recently revealed her washboard abs in a barely-there bra top on Instagram, and her core is beyond sculpted.

"My favorite pop of color," Joey captioned the snap, and fans were so here for it. "😻😻," commented The Girl From Plainville star Elle Fanning. "Yowwwch this is 🔥," someone else added.

In the past, the actress has been more than open about the fitness routine that has her abs looking so toned. Exhibit A:

Usually, Joey tries to work out four to five times a week, she told The New Potato. "I absolutely love exercise because I feel energetic and happy when I work out on a regular basis, but sometimes vegging out is so necessary," she said. Running and boxing are her go-to ways to break a sweat.

And, clearly it all pays off. Exhibit B:

Joey is also no stranger to a killer training regimen. While preparing for her role in The Princess, Joey spent three to four hours *daily* practicing skateboarding and other stunts.

"I wake up, I pack my Gatorade and many liters of water. I eat a big breakfast: a bowl of oats with lots of fruit and some toast. I head to training, where I fuckin' go for it for a few hours,” she shared with Byrdie.

“Then I have meetings to prepare for the rest of the film. Then I take a shower, shove myself in an ice bath, and then I am miserable while I'm doing that. But then I get out and sleep like a goddamn baby." (I bet!)

But mental health is also a vital part of Joey's wellness routine: "Most importantly, above all else, I practice self-love," she said, per The New Potato. "Your inner beauty shines when you are emotionally and physically kind to yourself."

As for her diet, Joey tries “to eat as healthfully as possible, but I don’t make myself crazy.”

"If I’m craving a piece of bread or a bowl of pasta, sometimes I just need to listen to my body and indulge," she explained. "You definitely have to find a balance, though, because eating the right things has incredible health and healing benefits. It’s not about how you look—it’s about taking care of your body so you can be the best you."
