John Abraham's Batla House Will Not Clash with Prabhas' Saaho and Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal on Independence Day 2019?

Prabhas' Saaho avoids a clash with Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal and John Abraham's Batla House. In an official statement released by the makers, the producers have announced a new date for the same and it's just a couple of weeks away.

John Abraham's RAW received a lukewarm response at the box office but he is determined to claim victory with his next big release, Batla House. The movie that's being produced by Bhushan Kumar was earlier expected to release on Independence Day 2019. And there was logical reasoning behind it. Since Milap Zaveri's Satyameva Jayate was able to beat Akshay Kumar's Gold at the box office on August 15, 2018, makers felt John should have another release on the same day. However, seems like his fans will have to wait a bit longer for that. Saaho First Look: Prabhas Confirms Release Date to Be August 15 with an Intense Gaze on the New Poster.

As per a report in DNA, after Bhushan Kumar decided to present Prabhas' Saaho, he cannot release Batla House on the same day. Yes, T Series' head honcho is also producing John's next with Nikhil Advani and it's only wise that he won't allow his own movies to clash with each other. And since the stakes are really high with Saaho, Batla House can be pushed for another date. Rajkummar Rao's Made in China AVOIDS Clash with Prabhas' Saaho and Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal, Will Now Release on August 30, 2019.

Since Saaho is loaded with VFX and is mounted on a big budget, makers are eyeing for a big holiday release and it's only natural. Also, this is Prabhas' next big release after Baahubali: The Conclusion and his fans are eagerly waiting for it. If asked to choose between Saaho and Batla House, the producer will anytime prefer pushing the latter and chances are rife that a new release date will be announced for John's next. However, the clash is still on as Akshay's Mission Mangal will now lock horns with Prabhas' Saaho.
