John Kerry Heckled During Announcement at COP27
A heckler interrupted US Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry as he announced a new initiative at the COP27 climate summit on November 9.
Kerry announced the “Energy Transition Accelerator,” which he said would “catalyze private capital to accelerate the energy transition in developing countries.”
