John Mulaney has won multiple Emmy Awards, hosted “Saturday Night Live” five times, and starred in Netflix specials both as a standup comic and Broadway actor.

In November, he’ll add performing in Poughkeepsie to his resume.

The comedian, who has previously performed in the Hudson Valley at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts and UPAC in Kingston, will visit the MJN Convention Center Nov. 10 on his “From Scratch” tour.

He’s the latest well-known comedian to schedule a stop in the region this year, with tickets still available for most through Ticketmaster or venue websites. Last week, the Bardavon 1869 Opera House announced Tig Notaro would perform in Poughkeepsie on Sept. 10.

Tickets for Mulaney’s show at the former Mid-Hudson Civic Center go on sale to the general public 10 a.m. Friday.

Mulaney wrote and performed on “Saturday Night Live” for several seasons but made his mark through such comedy specials as “New in Town” and “Kid Gorgeous.” He also wrote and starred in “Oh, Hello on Broadway” with Nick Kroll. Most recently, he was a starring voice in the Disney film "Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers."

The start of the general sale coincides with comedian Bill Burr coming to Bethel Woods for an 8 p.m. show Friday on his “Slight Return” tour.

Notaro, a comedian, actor, writer and director, has been nominated for Emmy and Grammy awards. In addition to two HBO standup specials, she and her wife co-directed “Am I OK?” a film that debuted at this year’s Sundance Film Festival.

Bardavon will also feature humorist Henry Rollins on Sept. 17. And UPAC, which is run by the Bardavon, is hosting comedian and actor Kevin James Nov. 6. Tickets for all Bardavon and UPAC shows are available on Ticketmaster and through the Bardavon site, and Bardavon members can only receive a discount through the organization’s site.

Meanwhile, Poughkeepsie’s Laugh It Up! Comedy Club’s offerings in the coming months include such headliners as Andrew Dice Clay (July 21-23) and Tommy Davidson (Sept. 9-10), as well as such well-known comedians as Jaye McBride (June 24), Rich Vos (July 29-30), and Doug Stanhope (Sept. 2).
