The Hollywood Vampires, a rock supergroup that is made up of Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp, and Joe Perry, have rescheduled their upcoming shows in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Shows slated to be played in Boston and Manchester this week were moved back to late July after Depp suffered a “painful” injury to his ankle, the band announced Monday.

“Johnny has sustained a painful injury to his ankle following his recent appearances and has been advised by his doctor not to travel,” the band wrote in a Facebook post. “He is devastated by this turn of events but looks forward to resting up so all four Vampires can bring their absolute best to the tour in Europe.”

The Hollywood Vampires will now play the Wang Theatre Boch Center in Boston on July 28 and the SNHU Arena in Manchester on July 29.

The band, which formed in 2012, has released two studio albums featuring guest appearances by Paul McCartney, Dave Grohl, Joe Walsh, Zak Starkey, and Christopher Lee, among others.

We are sad to share that the Hollywood Vampires will be rescheduling our three US tour dates this coming week. Johnny...
