JoJo France needed a big effort to move into second place on the Pitt-Greensburg’s career scoring list – and he got it.

The 6-foot senior guard from Manchester High School scored 30 points in an 86-83 loss to Hilbert on Jan. 4 and came back with 26 points in a 78-65 win over Alfred State last Saturday. That gave him 1,550 points and France trails only Jason Troup, who finished with a school-record 2,100 points.

France added onto his total by scoring 27 points in a 79-75 loss to Penn State Altoona on Jan. 11, and 12 points and six assists in a 66-63 win over Behrend on Jan. 14. He leads the Bobcats (6-9, 2-2) and is second in the Allegheny Mountain College Conference in scoring with a 22.2 average. He has connected on 40 of 110 3-point attempts (36.4%).
