Jolin Tsai tops charts with "Muse"
28 Sep – After a two-year hiatus, Jolin Tsai finally returns with her 12th album, "Muse", not without topping the charts and receiving rave reviews.
Popular Asians website reported that not long after the release of "Muse", the album topped both Taiwan's "G- Music" and "5music" charts. When asked about her thoughts about the success of "Muse", Tsai heartily remarked, "I thought of wearing a bikini to celebrate, but I have an image to worry about. But of course, I am truly ecstatic and would like to thank everyone for their support."
"Muse" has taken Jolin Tsai two years of preparation. The singer was extremely picky when selecting the songs, musicians, concept to even the filming of her music videos – choosing only the best professionals in every field for her comeback.
In related news, the spunky singer was also recently nominated for the MTV European Music Award's "Best Asian Act" under the Worldwide Act category, competing against the likes of Korea's Super Junior, China's Hangeng and Malaysia's Yuna, among the few.
