Jordyn Woods and Kylie Jenner were spotted together for the first time in 4 years. The 25-year-olds were photographed going out to dinner with a group of friends at a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles last Saturday, according to The Daily Mail.

Woods and Jenner became friends after meeting in 2012. Over the years, they became inseparable and attended public events such as fashion shows and Coachella together. They took their friendship to the professional side by collaborating on Jenner’s makeup line Kylie Cosmetics with the 2018 collection Kylie x Jordyn.

The pair had a public falling out in 2019 after Woods was allegedly spotted kissing Tristan Thompson at a party while he was dating Jenner’s older sister, Khloe Kardashian. The Kardashian family reportedly unfollowed Woods on social media at the time.

Woods opened up about the situation on Jada Pinkett Smith’s Red Table Talk, saying she was drunk and that the NBA player had kissed her.

“No passion, no nothing. On the way out, he just kissed me,” Woods said. “It was a kiss on the lips. No tongue kiss, no making out. Nothing. I don’t think he’s wrong either because I allowed myself to be in this position.”

She also noted that she didn’t believe she was the reason for Thompson and Khloe’s breakup at the time.

“I know I’m not the reason that Tristan and Khloe are not together,” she said. “Now this situation may have made it harder for her to want to be with him, and I understand that. But I know I’m not the reason.”

Khloe took matters to Twitter after the interview was published and publicly called out Woods.

“Why are you lying Jordyn Woods ?? If you’re going to try and save yourself by going public, INSTEAD OF CALLING ME PRIVATELY TO APOLOGIZE FIRST, at least be HONEST about your story. BTW, You ARE the reason my family broke up!” she tweeted, according to Eonline.

She then backtracked and clarified her stance on the situation.

“This has been an awful week and I know everyone is sick of hearing about it all (as am I),” she tweeted, according to The Independent. “I’m a roller coaster of emotions and have said things I shouldn’t have. Honestly, Tristan cheating on me and humiliating me, wasn’t such a shock as the first time.”

“What’s been harder and more painful is being hurt by someone so close to me,” she added. “Someone whom I love and treat like a little sister. But Jordyn is not to be blamed for the breakup of my family. This was Tristan’s fault.”

Khloe and Thompson have a daughter, True, born in 2018. They welcomed a second child, Tatum, in 2022. In late 2021, news broke that Thompson had a child with another woman, Maralee Nichols, without Khloe’s knowledge. This was included as a storyline on the reality TV show The Kardashians. The couple has since broken up.

Woods opened up about the online hate she received following the scandal in the September 2019 issue of Cosmopolitan UK.

“The internet feels so entitled to have opinions about everything, but a lot of it is bulls***,” she told the outlet. “These are real people, with real lives. People are so detached that they don’t feel empathy, they don’t feel bad, they don’t realize that the one message that you sent laughing at someone could be the message that pushes that person off the ledge.”

“When I would look at my name and see all of the things that people were saying, it became like a tumor. It became cancerous to me,” Woods added. “I went through a phase of thinking, ‘I’m going to isolate myself’ because I don’t know how I feel. I don’t know what the right thing to do is.”
