Jordyn Woods Wore a Bright Red Wig

Jordyn Woods has had a major year filled with "ups and downs," and in one of her final acts of 2019, she's exploring a life with red hair. Teaming up with stylist Jonathan Wright, the star gave Instagram followers a peek at her temporary time as a redhead.

Although the style was confirmed to be a wig, we're officially here to encourage Jordyn to make it permanent. Striking a pose, she showcased the long red hair, which was pulled up into a half ponytail. Pieces of the hair were curled in a very old Hollywood manner, and two pieces were left out to effortlessly frame her face. And while we can't say if the recent Little Mermaid reboots served as any inspiration for the change, we are getting some major Ariel vibes with the look.

As if the bold and bright color wasn't enough of a look, she paired the hair with a shiny leather tube top, matching pants, and combat boots. She also wore a diamond necklace and some coordinating bracelets. "Jonathan came over," she explained of the impulsive change. She then shared a closer look at the hair in a selfie, and showed off her makeup too, which include a nude lip and some shimmery eyeshadow.

There's no telling how long Jordyn will stick with the style, but we're hoping it stays around for awhile. In the past, she's undergone similar hair transformations, and was spotted with blonde hair, a short and wavy lob, and a similar shade of red for a past Halloween costume.

Other celebs have also recently joined Jordyn in making major changes before 2020. Dua Lipa just debuted a rose gold 'do, and Bella Thorne now has hair with a green ombre effect.
